Carl Rogers (Founder of the Person-Centred approach)
Counselling can offer support through life’s challenges and can help with difficult emotions and difficulties including loss, loneliness, anxiety, stress, depression, addictions and domestic violence.
You may be seeking counselling or psychotherapy for any number of reasons. Perhaps something specific has happened to you that you would like to talk about. Perhaps you don't really know what is wrong, but you are aware of feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed or stressed and feel you would like some support in working through and exploring what might be informing those feelings.
In both, and all cases, my approach as a counsellor is to work in a way which provides a safe, empathetic and confidential space, where you and I can together, explore what has brought you to therapy, and help you get back on track.
My practice is based in Wandsworth, South West London, offering counselling a short distance from East Putney and Putney Bridge tube stations, and Wandsworth Town overground. Therapy space conveniently located within reach of other areas in South West London, including Battersea, Fulham, and Putney .
I also offer some face-to-face private sessions in Richmond, South West London.
